Assessment and Planning

Review MSC: We will review the relevant CTPAT Minimum Security Criteria, covering areas such as corporate, physical, personnel, transportation, and cybersecurity.
Conduct Risk Assessment: We will help you conduct a documented, overall risk assessment to identify threats, vulnerabilities, and potential security gaps in your supply chain.
Gap Analysis: We will identify areas where your current procedures do not meet CTPAT requirements and create a written action plan to address these vulnerabilities.

Documentation and Implementation

Develop Written Procedures: We will assist in drafting or updating your company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) manual to ensure all security policies are clearly documented and cover all required CTPAT criteria.
Implement Security Measures: We will guide the implementation of necessary physical and procedural security measures, such as establishing access controls, seal security procedures, and employee screening processes.
Training Programs: We will help establish a security training and awareness program for employees, covering topics like reporting incidents, cybersecurity, and specific inspection procedures.

Application and Validation Support
